By purchasing, accessing, or using any CyberShieldRDP service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Content Storage & Backup Policy

All content stored on CyberShieldRDP servers is at your own risk. We do not guarantee backups of your data. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups.

3. Service Delivery

VPS/RDP services are delivered automatically upon payment confirmation. If an error occurs, services are typically delivered within 24 hours. Dedicated servers may take between 2 and 72 hours depending on configuration.

4. Payments, Disputes & Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. Customers agree to contact CyberShieldRDP billing support before filing disputes or chargebacks. Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Sending spam, unsolicited emails, or pyramid schemes.
• Hosting or distributing illegal content, including child exploitation material.
• Sharing copyrighted or trademarked content without authorization.
• Launching or participating in DDoS, DoS, or any form of cyberattack.
• Unauthorized access attempts on networks, systems, or data.
• Transmitting harmful, defamatory, or abusive material.
• Activities related to terrorism, fraud, or any form of cybercrime.

Note: Customers are responsible for ensuring that CyberShieldRDP IP addresses remain clean and free from blacklisting.

6. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
